1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using whizply.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Whizply is currently in early access — features, availability, and these terms may change as we build.

2. Description of the service

Whizply is an AI-powered career platform that helps you tailor resumes to specific jobs, find referral contacts, track applications, and prepare for interviews. The Service is provided "as is" during this early-access period and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You may log in using email/password or via Google/LinkedIn, subject to those providers' own terms

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, spam, or misrepresent yourself to referral contacts or other users
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the Service's underlying data or models
• Upload false credentials or impersonate another person
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the resumes, documents, and information you upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

6. AI-generated content

Resume tailoring, keyword suggestions, and other AI-assisted outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You're responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before submitting it to an employer or using it for a real application. Whizply does not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, or any specific outcome from using the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google and LinkedIn for sign-in. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whizply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable local law in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
